We are looking to move to a dye penetrant system which uses a more environmentally friendly penetrant and remover. We are currently using a water washable penetrant and a spray remover but are concerned about the content of consumable in the water used to clean the factory floor.
Looking at the website, using P6R penetrant, PR1 remover and NQ1 developer would be best as this contains the remover rather than it being spread onto the floor by a spray remover.
Has anyone else had experience of this please? Are the MSDS sheets available for these consumables?
